For accurate three-dimensional filling of the root canal system, the clinic uses a Gutta Easy device, with which the doctor can insert heated gutta-percha into the root canals under pressure and thus accurately reproduce their shape, like an imprint. This also fills the additional and lateral canals, which are not identified on the X-ray.

The 3D approach of hermetically root canal obturation minimizes the amount of microorganisms and endotoxins in the periodontium due to the tight sealing ("conservation") of the tooth canals, so we can keep the tooth functional regardless of the initial clinical situation.
