We perform all kinds of dental treatment and prosthetics

Dental treatment under a microscope

Leica M320 surgical microscope allows us to conduct all dental manipulations more accurately and better as well as to maintain healthy tooth tissues by increasing the objects up to 40 times. Using a microscope, we conduct diagnostics of the initial caries, search for tooth cracks, close perforations, extract fiberglass pins, inlays, and instrument debris from the canals. We carry out the treatment through an artificial crown, complete a resection of the tip of the tooth root, perform microsurgical manipulations, as well as tooth restoration and treatment for crowns and veneers.

Sleep dentistry procedures

Treatment of teeth under general anaesthesia is an easy way to protect both the kid and the adult from medical stress and pain. The process is carried out in several stages. First, we consult the patient , and discuss the questions concerning his/her health, draw up a list of necessary tests and the scope of the forthcoming treatment. Then, on the appointed date, the sleep dentistry procedure is conducted by a team, which includes an anaesthesiologist, a nurse, and a dentist. An anaesthesiologist plays the main role here. He/she completely controls the depth of sleep, while a dentist is responsible for the treatment of all problem teeth. After the end of treatment and awakening, the patient completely restores his/her condition in 10-15 minutes.

Coloured fillings for kids

Treatment of deciduous teeth is necessary for a quality chewing of food. Besides it helps to preserve the health of the permanent teeth rudiments. We all understand the subtleties of working with small patients. For that reason, we use special coloured fillings Twinky Star for deciduous teeth treatment. The compomer filling is very strong and serves until the deciduous teeth change to permanent. It releases fluoride ions, which helps to prevent caries. In order to motivate the kid and to engage him/her into the process of treatment, we let the kids choose the colour of the future filling.

Preservation of Tooth Pulp Vital Functions

We offer an innovative Vital Pulp Therapy procedure that is used for the survival of the tooth in our clinic. All the procedures, united by this term, are aimed at eliminating the infection provoking the inflammation of the pulp. Preservation of live teeth is one of the pledges of general health of the oral cavity. Constant metabolic processes take place in live teeth, they have constant blood supply and remain sensitive. The main argument for the preservation of a live tooth is that it can serve the patient for life, whereas the life time of the tooth with the removed nerve is significantly reduced.

Inlays are best fillings

If in the process of your teeth restoration quality and long life time is more important than a quick result you should use a ceramic inlay. Ceramic inlay is a durable and aesthetic solution if the tooth is significantly decayed. Still, it has some indications and contraindications. The inlay combines high strength, colour stability and tooth shape. Unlike the filling, it does not shrink forming small crevices and does not create any conditions for the development of secondary caries. You will need two visits to get a ceramic inlay. First, the tooth is prepared and the impressions are taken off. Then the inlay made in the laboratory is fixed onto the composite cement.

Metal-free and ceramic crowns

Restoration of teeth using aluminium crowns is considered to be the latest achievement in dentistry. These crowns combine strength, biocompatibility and transparency. Their high strength is achieved due to chemical bonds, by which a monolithic structure is created. Besides, the service life of the crowns also increases. Dental prosthetics that is performed using such crowns is an ideal option for patients suffering from intolerance to metals and alloys. In addition, the smooth surface of the ceramic crowns prevents the attachment and accumulation of dental deposits. The transparency of ceramic creates a complete feeling of the real tooth.

Veneers and lumineers

Veneers are thin ceramic plates having thickness of 0.3-0.5 mm, which completely imitate natural healthy teeth by transparency and colour. Various defects of shape, size or colour of the teeth can be eliminated with their help. Besides they help to close the gaps between teeth, eliminate any chips and cracks in the enamel. The difference between lumineers and veneers is that installation of lumineers does not require facing of the tooth enamel. Therefore, the procedure does not bring pain and discomfort for the patient. Ceramic veneers and lumineers are made in the laboratory taking into account individual patient's wishes, such as colour and shape. Installation of veneers requires two dental appointments and 1-2 weeks for their fabrication.

Dental implantation

An implant is a biocompatible tooth root, on which a tooth crown or other structure can be placed. It has the shape of a screw and is usually made of titanium. After the implant has been installed, it should take 2 to 6 months for its complete engraftment. In 98 % of clinical cases in our clinic, we use Straumann implants. The use of Straumann products is the most scientifically proven in the implant dentistry, as evidenced by numerous research and development activities.

Teeth alignment

We use various types of braces for treatment of dentoalveolar anomalies: metal, ceramic, sapphire or lingual. The most reliable and effective braces are the metal ones. They hold well to the patient's teeth, are very convenience in use, and do not injure the lips and cheeks of the patient. The appearance of metal braces is no longer considered to be a disadvantage among patients. Moreover, doctor can change the colour of the rubber bands on the brackets at each change of the ligatures as patient desires. If aesthetic part is what important for you, then we have various treatment options with imperceptible bracket systems.

Treatment of periodontal diseases

Periodontal disease is a pathological condition of the tissues surrounding the teeth. The first sign of the disease is bleeding gums. In order to make an accurate diagnosis and choose the right treatment approach, it is very important to conduct a complete health check-up. Doctor shall determine the level of fiber apparatus loss and identify which microorganisms can be the cause of such problem. It is also important to determine whether there are any concomitant diseases that can affect the course of periodontal disease. Preventive dentistry and regular dental visits promote good health and function of the periodontal tissues.
